Our final Wine Dinner scheduled for Tuesday November 29th. Nappi Distributors and Pine State Trading Co. are collaborating on this wine dinner so we will have representatives from both companies as well as representatives of the wine available for questions. The Black Sheep Wine Shop will participate through both attendance and to be available to take orders for the wine! Our menu listed below.

Here is our menu for the wine dinner scheduled for November 29th.
4 courses, 4 wines 
1st course: Man Vintners Chenin Blanc with Fresh Spring rolls with citrus vinaigrette
2nd course: Sincerely Sauvignon Blanc with steamed mussels in garlic wine broth
3rd course: Man Vintners Cabernet Sauvignon with Heart of Romaine Salad with bleu cheese vinaigrette and candied pecans.
4th course: Sincerely Shiraz with Crab stuffed petite sirloin with mushroom demiglaze and red wine reduction.
