The Recipe: The meat of a 1 pound lobster cut into bite size pieces. Add a pinch of salt and
white pepper. Add a teaspoon of mayo and mix well together. Grill a hot dog bun to a golden brown with real butter. Add a small leaf of lettuce to the bottom of the bun for crunch. Add the mixed lobster meat and serve while the bun is still warm.
